Things to remember this summer:

1. Don’t forget your SPF!
Stress on the !!!! SPF is calculated by comparing the amount of time needed to produce sunburn on unprotected skin vs protected skin. SPF 15 should be enough for everyday use, but if you know you’ll be out in the sun all day make sure to re-apply ever so often

2. Stay hydrated
Water is still the best beauty accessory yet! Load up on water, your body and your skin will thank you for it

3. Moisturize! Moisturize! Moisturize!
I love saying this!
Reduce UV-induced dryness from sun exposure by keeping your skin and your lips moisturized! Choose products that are quick-absorbing to avoid that hot, sticky feeling.

4. Make room for exercise
You can’t be too busy for exercise. If you work long hours on weekdays, short, high intensity cardio workouts (like running or brisk walking) can get you through. Its bikini season after all!

5. Less is More
Keep it low on the make-up especially when its sweltering out. Get creative with the “minimal” look to get you through the hottest days

6. Go Waterproof
Sweat and humidity are inevitable this season, and if you’re one of those who just feel totally bare without eyeliner or mascara, choose one that is water resistant and smudge-proof. Nothing is more “dyahe” than melting make-up – no we don’t want that.

7. Exfoliate
All that beachin around can leave your skin dry and flaky, slough off those dead skin! Exfoliate at least once a week to leave your skin in a better condition to absorb moisture from creams and lotions

and as always, kahit saan man kayong kalye mapunta this summer stay beautiful!

xoxo,
 Lyn
